You feel at home in Unix environments, spot problems faster than others and solve them effectively. You focus on what matters. With clients you are open, helpful and solution-oriented. You enjoy working with like-minded people and value exchange. Tackling a large project with a small, quick-witted team appeals to you, and you do not shy away from operations or testing. Whoever runs their own code writes better code.

You also tinker in your spare time, with a solar installation, a smart home or the firmware for your garden irrigation? Then you will fit right in, because that is exactly how we tick.

AI coding agents are a tool for you, not a substitute for thinking: you use them, but you understand every line you commit.


Always hiring: Java software developer (m/f/d), junior or senior

What it is about

  • Business applications and platforms for corporate clients, e.g. for order management and fibre roll-out
  • Backend with Java 21+ and Spring Boot, frontends with Vaadin
  • Integrations in every direction: REST/OpenAPI, SOAP and workflow automation with BPMN
  • Operations on AWS, infrastructure as code

Ideally you bring

  • Solid Java skills, ideally with Spring Boot
  • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
  • Excellent Unix skills and a broad understanding of IT (protocols, services, architectures)
  • A plus: Vaadin, AWS, CDK for Terraform/Terraform, OpenTelemetry
  • Very good German and good English skills
